sqs.io is an invite-only image hosting platform that allows users to upload, organize, and share images through albums.

• Have a valid invite code from an existing member
• Provide accurate registration information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant sqs.io a license to store, display, and serve your content as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

sqs.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
